Gene won his first race at 8 years old when most kids get their first bicycle. By 9, he had already won a championship.

This was the start of a career that has spanned over 30 years and almost as many championships. Including a record 3 time U.S. Open National Championships on Speedway motorcycles, numerous national and world minicycle championships, a snowmobile championship, ATV championship, 2 years in top 10 NASCAR Grand National West Series snd in his first and only attempt, a second place in the Circuit Of Champions Monster Trucks driving the famous King Cobra. Not to mention numerous major events he has won around the world.

Genes experience on the track speaks for itself. What many people dont know, is that during the time when they were watching Gene on the track, he founded such successful companies as Fuel Safe Fuel Cells, Hawaiian Boats, Hy-Tech Lubricants, G-Force Tool Boxes, and two successful race tracks Speedway U.S.A. a Speedway motorcycle track, along with Victorville Speedway, a 3/8 mile auto speedway.

In 2008 Gene will make a full time commitment to the CORR Championship Off road Series. If past history has anything to do with the results, it wont be long before Gene produces yet another championship.
